This
dogleg right is protected by three bunkers at the inside corner. The fairway
ends at 323 yards straight out leaving an approach shot of approximately 150
yards. To cut the corner, a player must fly the ball 300 yards to carry the
bunkers. If successful, the player will only have an approach shot of 120 yards
or less depending on how much of the dogleg they cut off. The putting green is
guarded by a large bunker and is difficult to hold with a long iron or wood.
This makes challenging the fairway bunkers to shorten your approach shot to the
green very important. |
